Secondary Schools Democratic Engagement Grants Program
Grant money is being allocated in 2005-06 to assist in developing new electoral education programs at selected schools. It is planned that all secondary schools in Victoria will be able to access the curriculum and student leadership developments at these schools in order to deliver better electoral education outcomes for their students.
It is planned that the experiences and learning from the curriculum development in these schools will be made available to other schools. If you are interested in finding out more about any of the electoral education programs in these schools, contact Michelle Weksler, Electoral Education Officer at: education@vec.vic.gov.au.
