Ballarat City Council profile
Ballarat City Council is divided into three three-councillor wards. Central Ward contains the central urban area of Ballarat, including Ballarat East, Eureka, Black Hill, Soldiers Hill, Redan and Newington, most of Mount Pleasant and Brown Hill and part of Alfredton. North Ward includes Ballarat North, Invermay Park,Wendouree, Lucas, Cardigan, Miners Rest and Learmonth, most of Alfredton and part of Brown Hill. South Ward includes Delacombe, Sebastopol, Canadian, Mount Clear, Mount Helen and Buninyong and part of Mount Pleasant.
