Victorians unsure of when or how to vote in this year's State election are encouraged to sign up to VoterAlert, the Victorian Electoral Commission's (VEC's) free SMS and email reminder service.
The VoterAlert service sends timely reminders on when, where and how to vote, straight to voters' phone or inbox.
Deputy Electoral Commissioner, Dana Fleming is encouraging all Victorians to sign up, so they're ready to have their say in November's State election and help shape Victoria.
'It takes less than 5 minutes to sign up, and once completed it's simply set and forget. We'll send you a reminder when you need to take action, and we'll also directly deliver this year's digital EasyVote Guide direct to your phone or inbox,' Ms Fleming said.
'We're running an advertising campaign to encourage more Victorians to "Be VoterAlert" and get ready to vote in this year's State election,' Ms Fleming added.
