Return of writs
Commissioner Warwick Gately, AM, returned the writs to the Governor of Victoria with the names of successful candidates.
All seats have been declared in Districts and Regions.

Forgot to vote?
If you failed to vote at the State election, you will receive an ‘Apparent Failure to Vote’ notice. This notice will arrive in early 2019 – do not ignore it.
This is your opportunity to explain why you didn’t vote.
If you do not respond, or if your reason is not considered valid and sufficient, you may receive a fine.
The fine for not voting is $81.
