Altona District by-election
A by-election will be held for Altona District on Saturday, 13 February 2010.







Countbacks for the Mansfield Shire Council and Maroondah City Council
Countbacks have been conducted in two Victorian municipalities to fill extraordinary vacancies. These vacancies were within the Maroondah City Council and the Mansfield Shire Council.
The countback for the Arrabri Ward within the Maroondah City Council was completed on 27 January.
The countback for the Mansfield Ward within Mansfield Shire Council was completed on 29 January.
By-elections for the Murrindindi Shire Council and Geelong City Council
Extraordinary vacancies have arisen in King Parrot Ward within the Murrindindi Shire Council and Cowie Ward within the Geelong City Council. By-elections for these vacancies will be held via post in March 2010. To be eligible to vote you must have been on the voters roll by 4.00pm on Friday, 8 January 2010.
