Application to change End Mass Immigration – Reform AU's name, abbreviation of name and initials

The Victorian Electoral Commission (VEC) has received an application to change the name, abbreviation of the name and initials of a registered political party in accordance with the Electoral Act 2002 (the Act).
Current name of party: End Mass Immigration - Reform AU
Current abbreviation: None registered
Current initials: None registered
Proposed name: Christian Alliance Party - Reform AU
Proposed abbreviation: Christian Alliance Party
Proposed initials: CAP
The application has been signed by the secretary of the party.
Objections to the proposed changes must be submitted to the VEC in writing no later than Friday 10 July 2026. Valid reasons for objection include the party's proposed name, abbreviation and initials not being allowed under section 47 of the Act.
Objections can be made to rppregistration@vec.vic.gov.au or posted to the VEC, Level 11, 530 Collins Street, Melbourne, VIC 3000.
Objections must be signed and include the objector’s address. Details of any objections will be de-identified and made available to the applicant.
