We're aware of an issue impacting a small number of people trying to use our applications or online forms.
Some people have solved the issue by following these steps:
- close all tabs and windows of any VEC pages, apps or forms
- clear your cookies and cache (follow this guide to clear cookies and cache in every browser)
- close your browser and/or restart your device
- try to access the application or form again.
Some further things to check (for advanced users):
- turn off any settings that limit or hide your IP address when browsing
- temporarily turn off any proxy or VPN services (to hide or change your apparent location).
