Candidates announced for Latrobe City Council postal by-election

Five candidates have nominated in the Latrobe City Council, Morwell River Ward postal by‑election.
The candidates, in ballot paper order, are:
- MOFFATT, Rob
- SUTTON, Dean
- ELLINGHAM, John
- LAMBDEN, Guss
- LOUGHEED, Graham
Candidate statements and information will be available at vec.vic.gov.au later this week.
The Victorian Electoral Commission (VEC) will send ballot packs to all voters who were correctly enrolled for Morwell River Ward by the close of roll. Voting closes at 6 pm on Friday 31 July.
Election Manager Janette Gibson advised voters to vote as soon as possible.
'Post or hand deliver your completed ballot pack by the deadline to make your vote count,' Ms Gibson said.
'Voting closes at 6 pm on Friday 31 July, but our advice is to not leave it to the last minute.'
