Candidates announced for Wyndham City Council postal by-election

Three candidates have nominated in the Wyndham City Council, Heathdale Ward postal by‑election.

The candidates, in ballot paper order, are:

• PACE, Pippa
• MAHFOUD, Marcel
• MCALINEY, Kim

Candidate statements and information will be available at vec.vic.gov.au later this week.

The Victorian Electoral Commission (VEC) will send ballot packs to all voters who were correctly enrolled for Heathdale Ward by the close of roll. Voting closes at 6 pm on Friday 31 July.

Election Manager Colleen Kopelke advised voters to vote as soon as possible.

'Post or hand deliver your completed ballot pack by the deadline to make your vote count,' Ms Kopelke said.

'Voting closes at 6 pm on Friday 31 July, but our advice is to not leave it to the last minute.'
