Jordyn Princi was declared elected to the Murrindindi Shire Council, Kinglake Ward, at 10 am on Wednesday 28 October 2026 after being the only candidate to nominate in the by-election.

The by-election was uncontested and Kinglake Ward residents will not be required to vote.

Jordyn Princi will represent Kinglake Ward on Murrindindi Shire Council until the next general council election in 2028.
