Election manual

We are required under Victoria's Electoral Act 2002 to publish the election manual. The election manual is a collection of documents with directions on how to complete important election processes. These instructions might include processes related to:

  • voting
  • vote processing and vote exchange
  • counting and results.

You can read our determination about publishing the election manual.

The documents below currently make up our election manual. We may add, update or remove documents here over time. You can find copies of these documents in our election manual document portal.

There may be images or diagrams in these documents that cannot be read by a screenreader. Please contact us on 131 832 if you need an alternative copy of these documents.
