Moonee Valley City Council electoral structure review

An electoral representation advisory panel is conducting a review of Moonee Valley City Council's electoral structure.

What is an electoral structure review?

Under the Local Government Act 2020, this council must adopt a single-councillor ward structure.

To achieve this structure, the panel will consider:

  • the appropriate number of councillors and wards for the council
  • the location of ward boundaries
  • the name of each ward.
