    The 2020-21 redivision of State electoral boundaries made the following changes to Rowville District.

    Rowville District lost:

    • 1,450 voters to Bayswater District (part of Ferntree Gully)
    • 2,183 voters to Monbulk District (part of Ferntree Gully)
    • 706 voters to Narre Warren North District (Lysterfield South).

    Rowville District gained:

    • an area with no voters from Dandenong District (Tirhatuan Lakes Public Golf Course and sports fields south of Police Road and east of Dandenong Creek)
    • 14,689 voters from Ferntree Gully District (most of Wantirna South; part of Knoxfield).
