Suburbs:Kingsville, Newport, Seddon, South Kingsville, Spotswood, Williamstown, Williamstown North and Yarraville. Parts of Altona, Altona North and Brooklyn.
Features:The District includes residential and industrial areas, and features shipyards, a marina, a beach around Hobsons and Port Phillip Bays, and the old Gellibrand Fort site.
