What we stand for
Self-determination for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Communities
We are active supporters of self-determination. Our Statement on Self-Determination and Improved Outcomes for Aboriginal Victorians outlines our commitment to advancing self-determination in line with the Victorian Aboriginal Affairs Framework.

Our Access and Inclusion Plan aims to improve access to enrolment and voting for Victorians living with a disability. The Access and Inclusion Plan has six strategies to improve access to the electoral process and the VEC itself. We also hold outreach sessions to educate people about the voting rights of people with a disability.
