How to submit a paper form
Once you complete your form, you can:
- post it to Reply Paid 66506, Melbourne VIC 8001 (no stamp required)
or - scan (or take a clear photo of it) and email it to us

General Postal Voter registration form
Use this form if your circumstances prevent you from going to a voting centre on election days.

Tell us you are overseas or interstate and cannot vote
Use this form to let us know if you will be overseas or interstate during an election or for an extended period of time and are unable to vote.

Register to vote from overseas
Use the Overseas eligible elector form to let us know that you want to vote while you are living overseas. (Opens on AEC website).

Silent elector form
Use this form if you believe that having your address on the electoral roll would put you or your family in danger.

Objection form (person no longer capable or incorrectly enrolled)
Use this form to notify the VEC that an person is no longer able to vote or is incorrectly enrolled.

No fixed address enrolment form
Use this form if you are eligible to vote in Victoria but have no fixed address. For example, you are experiencing homelessness.

Unable to sign form
Use this form if you or someone you care for cannot sign a document because of a physical incapacity.

Prisoner enrolment form
Use this form if you are serving a prison sentence under five years or on remand in Victoria.
