    The 2020-21 redivision of State electoral boundaries made the following changes to Lowan District.

    Lowan District gained:

    • 1,591 voters from Polwarth District (Darlington, Dundonnell, Ellerslie, Hexham, Mortlake, Pura Pura and Woorndoo)
    • 5,634 voters from Ripon District (Concongella, Deep Lead, Glenorchy, Great Western and Stawell)
    • 114 voters from South-West Coast District (Caramut).
