    The 2020-21 redivision of State electoral boundaries made the following changes to Prahran District.

    Prahran District lost:

    • 3,244 voters to Caulfield District (part of St Kilda East)
    • 3,454 voters to Malvern District (part of Toorak).

    Prahran District gained:

    • 3,869 voters from Albert Park District (parts of Southbank and South Melbourne between St Kilda Road, Kings Way and Sturt Street)
    • 802 voters from Caulfield District (part of St Kilda).
